Shri Riddhi Navachar Foundation is a Kolkata-based Section 8 non-profit working to close that gap across West Bengal.

Practical over performative

We measure programmes by what people can do afterwards.

Accounts are audited annually and open to inspection, as our constitution requires.

Non-profit in substance

No dividend, bonus or profit is paid to any member of this foundation.

Local first

Programmes are designed with the community they serve, not for it from a distance.

Governance

The Foundation is governed by its Board of Directors and operates under the Companies Act, 2013. Our accounts are examined every year by a qualified auditor.

If the Foundation is ever wound up, its remaining assets pass to another Section 8 organisation with similar objects. They cannot be distributed to members.

With a practical, solution-oriented approach, he plays a key role in strengthening Navachar's operational efficiency and innovation initiatives. His leadership focuses on integrating technology with human potential to build scalable, future-ready solutions.

Subhajit Roy

Director

A seasoned Business Management professional with 15 years of cross-industry experience spanning education, banking, and staffing. With core strengths in marketing strategy, stakeholder liaisoning, and strategic planning, he brings visionary leadership and execution excellence to Shri Riddhi Navachar Foundation. His expertise lies in building strong partnerships, driving organizational growth, and delivering compliant, scalable workforce solutions across corporate and government-linked projects.
